Dittipdeksus (Directorate of Special Economic Crimes) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) seized a luxurious house worth Rp 15 billion in the Alam Sutera residential area, South Tangerang. The confiscation was related to fund misappropriation in a case involving investment fraud through the NET89 trading robot.

Location and Details: The house was seized following an investigation into the assets of the NET89 case involving the suspect Andreas Andriyanto. According to Kompol Karta, the head of Subdit II Dittipdeksus, the house, located in Alam Sutera Narada, was seized in accordance with a court order based on money laundering charges.

Ownership and Construction: The funds for building the house, registered under Andreas’ wife’s name, TS (Theresia Lauren), were traced back. It was revealed that their daughter, with the initials MA and currently detained along with other suspects, was intended to occupy the house. The luxurious property was built on two land certificates measuring 273 m2 and 369 m2. Construction, which began in 2021, was halted in October 2024 upon police intervention.

Previous Seizures: Prior to the house confiscation, the police had seized two vehicles, a black BMW X5, and a Porsche during the initial search at the property.
The investigation into the NET89 case continues to uncover assets allegedly acquired through fraudulent means, with multiple parties, including family members, being implicated.
